Tewkesbury Whole Grain Mustard
The East India Company’s Tewkesbury mustard is made to the traditional recipe for Tewkesbury whole grain mustard. It is made with mustard seed and horseradish. Tewkesbury emerged as one of the leading mustard making towns in England in the Sixteenth century. Previously mustard was made in the home or commercially in the monasteries. Tewkesbury mustard is perfect with Roast Beef and Yorkshire pudding. Heat Scale 4 (from 1 to 6)
