Cinnamon Leaf Milk Chocolate Bar 80g
The Cinnamon leaf oil in this fine Milk Chocolate is produced by steam distillation of leaves. It has a distinctive warm and spicy aroma and flavour which is similar to but more sophisticated that that of cinnamon bark. The sweetness and quality of the milk chocolate combines perfectly with the spicy notes of the cinnamon. The Minutes of the Court of Directors of The East India Company record that in 1664 a gift of a flask of ‘oile of cinnamon’ was presented to King Charles II.
