The Biscuits offered by the East India Company follow a long tradition of British biscuit making over the centuries. Our biscuit range uses the best available ingredients and there are no cheap substitutes. The East India Company biscuits are made in small batches by artisans in traditional bakeries using techniques and knowledge learnt over the generations.
