White Silver Needles

Silver Needle White Tea is one of the great China teas and perhaps the best white tea anywhere.

Our Silver Needles are harvested in spring with pickers selecting spring leaf buds. The picking may only take place for only 2 or 3 days a year to ensure the signature of tea is protected. Short fermentation and gentle drying produce an exquisite tea with melon notes of honeydew and cantaloupe; there is no better tea to herald the start of spring and to enjoy over the summer.
