Ingredients: Rye estate silver tip white tea from the Uva region of Sri Lanka.
The light colour cup develops a soft fragrant bouquet and tender, mild taste on the palate; they are grown in Uva in the central mountains of Ceylon. The tea is picked before the point of unfurling early in the mornings before the sun opens the buds. As befits this tea it undergoes unhurried processing to preserve its shape and character. The results is a rare and prized white tea with delightfully delicate flavours.
