Fine Cut Orange Marmalade
A well-set light, Seville orange, fine cut marmalade with a tangy citrus flavour. From the 18th century onwards, a true marmalade became synonymous with citrus fruits, particularly the bitter Seville orange. Marmalade was one of the many delicious treats that The East India Company used for breakfasts on voyages and later shared with the rest of the world whereupon orange marmalade became a staple of the Indian breakfast.
