The East India Company Hawaiian Alaea Red Pacific Salt is a mild table salt that gets its red colour from the volcanic baked Alaea clay that is found on the Islands, enriching the salt with iron oxide. It is the traditional salt used in many Hawaiian dishes and is milder and less salty than most table salts and is beautifully subtle.
