Golden cane sugar from the Island of Guadeloupe is a light delicate sugar perfect for sweetening teas without affecting their natural character. Guadeloupe's soil is perfect for this type of sugar cane, and does not contain the darker molasses and caramel tones of darker sugars. Excellent for cakes, pastries, desserts, puddings and preserves.
